Program schedule:
The conference officially opens at 8:15 Central time (NOTE! 9:15 Eastern time). 

Location:
B wing of Wells Hall - for registration, find the CeLTA space (B135).

Parking:
Recommended: Spartan Stadium (Parking Area 79) - close to Wells Hall, and free on weekends. Enter the parking lot from Shaw Lane (325 W. Shaw Lane). There is construction on one side of the parking lot. Go east on Shaw Lane, turn north on Red Cedar Rd. and arrive at Wells Hall. 

Another parking option is Parking Area 62E/W, which is just north of the stadium, off of Red Cedar Rd.

Meal info:
Because of a lack of meal options within close walking distance, some light refreshments and a light lunch will be provided (sponsored by CeLTA). We will provide some vegetarian and vegan options.

Parking: 
The University of Iowa provides visitor parking through thirteen (13) cashiered garages and lots and many more metered lots across campus. For access to Phillips Hall (16 N Clinton Street, Iowa City, 52245) we recommend the Iowa City Tower Place Parking Ramp (335 Iowa Avenue) which is within convenient walking distance and has an entrance on Iowa Avenue. Visitors should be aware that metered street parking is only available for one hour and cannot be extended. Another parking garage option is the Iowa City Capitol Street Parking Ramp (220 South Capitol Street) which has an entrance on South Clinton Street and allows patrons the option to walk through the Old Capital Mall, which contains shops and restaurants, on their way to Phillips Hall.

We will provide coffee and refreshments in the morning, afternoon snacks, and encourage participants to explore downtown Iowa City for lunch. There are many options within a short walking distance of Phillips Hall.

Parking:
As the event will take place on a Saturday, most campus parking will be open and free. The closest lots are likely to be lots 36 and 39 along Memorial Drive. A complete map of campus can be found at http://places.ku.edu/map.

Meal Info:
We will provide coffee and refreshments in the morning.  Lawrence has a wealth of dining options, but the closest to the event are McLain's and the Bird Dog. Both are within easy walking distance.

Location:
Curtin Hall basement, Room B84. Enter on either side of the building off of Downer Avenue. Use the centrally located elevators or stairs to go down one floor. There is a circle driveway in the front of the building for drop-off. 

Parking:
Attendees may park in any of the university lots for a fee. Recommended parking is the Union Garage (Lot #22), located at 2200 E Kenwood Boulevard.
